Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state regulations, we do not ship THCa products to the following states:
Iowa
Idaho
Minnesota
Oregon
Rhode Island
Additionally, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with shipping addresses in restricted locations will be canceled and refunded.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees. If you realize an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to update the address.
